Did I get this correct? We will ship "i686 without cmov" and "i686
PAE"?
- i586 -> i686 (without cmov)
- i686 -> i686 PAE?
I know, there was some ongoing discussion regarding cmov, sse/sse2. My main
point referrs to how "i686 non-PAE capable hardware" will be handled.
The plan is..
if (cpu is PAE capable)
install kernel-i686-PAE
else
install kernel-i586
