Is it specific to the F30/31 timeframe, or is it something that could
be alleviated by instead delaying to a F31/32 delay?
In other words, if the delay is necessary is there a better choice of
time to do it that would help to minimize the disruption to the
various Fedora communities?
At the moment I don't see that changing at all from an IoT perspective.
