From systemd side, this seems like a right move. Coupling the presets
to systemd package means that they are often unnecessarily delayed.
Wherever they are moved, I think it is important that package has
plenty of maintainers who can do small updates as necessary.
I fully agree. The preset files really don't belong in the systemd
package, and it would be great to move them to fedora-release or so...
