This is the problem: In F18+, systemd now uses a system-wide policy
(which can be overridden) to define what services are enabled, it is no
longer hardcoded into each package's scriptlets. This is the feature
that FESCo approved. You might not agree with it, but simply ignoring it
is inappropriate.
If you redefine two macros to be the same in F18+, how is the policy
being ignored? Are you objecting to the name of the macro?
