I don't know if GCC 12 has anything to do with poppler/texlive
breakage in Rawhide, but mentioning it here just in case:

investigation difficult.
This seems unrelated, alebastr pointed out that the folly issue (on
ppc64le only) is likely due to the floating point ABI change Jakub
announced in the initial message.
It's likely fmt will needs to be rebuilt, but I'm hesitant to just try
bumping and pray unless I can try that in a side tag. Going to try that
next.
