I think the problem is probably with faker, seems like this might be
the
bug:

It appears to have been already fixed in a newer release of faker, so
you
might just need to poke the Fedora maintainer to update.
Indeed, but looking at
upstream code, the fix is present only in faker 7.x and 8.x, whereas in Fedora 34 we have
6.1.1. Rawhide can jump all the way to latest 8.4.0, but for F34, we'd want to avoid
doing a major version bump, so we'd need to backport this, instead.
