I've been updating ettercap, and I got a build working on my

f16. Then I built it in local rawhide mock, and it was fine. So I
committed and built for rawhide, f16, and f15. Sometimes it worked,
and sometimes it didn't, failing with an error I'd not seen before.
This f15 build.log is typical:

Could there be a problem on some builders and not others? If a build
fails, and I retry after changing nothing, it should still fail.
Looking at the first error I could find:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `ef_grammar.h', needed by `all-am'. Stop.
make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
Perhaps it's a parallel make issue? Although unless ef_grammer.h is
generated I would think it would always find it.
See if you can repeatably get it to build (probably using scratch
builds?) after removing "%{?_smp_mflags}" from %build.
