noticed that the bugzilla review request title contained a capitalized name:

I initially didn't think anything of it until the pagure repository was
created. Now when I attempt to submit builds via fedpkg build, koji appears to
be looking for capitlized source rpms, e.g.,
Charliecloud-<version>-<release>.<tag>.src.rpm.
As the reviewer who didn't notice, it seems to me that there should be
some sanity check that the repo name matches the rpm name. Perhaps
fedora-review could catch that -- at least if it would run at all (see
rhbz).
