Should be fixed in rpm-4.9.0-0.beta1.6.fc15. Once it hits the builders,
you'll want to rebuild any OCaml packages built since January 18th
(which is when file-5.05 got into rawhide) to get the dependencies back.
Confirmed (on my local Rawhide machine) that 4.9.0-0.beta1.6 fixes the
problem.
