Weird -- I loaded the page again and now it shows up, but I still have
it in another tab the other way, so I know it wasn't just that I had
missed it.
Maybe there are multiple mirrors at play that aren't all in sync?
I've found anchors on the Fedora wiki to be very unreliable in general,
but never had time/inclination to look into it systematically. I just
make sure the pages I write are set up correctly and figure that if the
implementation is broken it ain't my problem. :P
