Objective questions are funny!
you need to read the GPL about what "mere aggregation" implies. You can
put restrictions on stuff on a CD even if other *unrelated* parts are
GPL.
(note the "unrelated"; of course unrelated is a bit vague, but you can't
reasonably argue that the fedora logo image is related to, say db4. You
*could* argue that kernel modules (bin only or not) are related to a
kernel they are compiled against on the same cd).
