Probably not, but it's not implementable in the current state of things.
I think users can understand such a question, and you do not need to
mention ports or TCP or firewalls even. It's just a question about
whether you really want to expose a specific service to a network, you
do it once and record it somewhere where a user can go back and tweak
the setting if they change their mind.
