pm-utils-1.2.2.1-2.fc10.i386
pm-utils uses it on some systems to control backlight and I think
power up/down parts of the card across suspend/resume.
When executed with --quirk-radeon-off, pm-suspend will run "radeontool
dac off; radeontool light off" at suspend and the opposite on resume.
I'm pretty sure that's it.
