That is the actual repo, and there is a mirror on GitHub to collect
public issues (
https://github.com/mpimd-csc/flexiblas).
This is because they develop and use this software for research in
high-performance computing, so the day-to-day development repo is
private (to have a competitive advantage for their publications), and
then they publish releases in those repos afterwards.
Just... wow. People still believe that crap about competitive advantage.
