I also believe there's binary only code required ATM to support those
cameras so as it stands it's not possible to support them directly in
Fedora. I know there are people working on it with vendors to come up
with both a short term and longer term solutions.
Is it possible to implement a barebones open userspace that does all
the image processing in software? This would minimize the amount of
hardware interaction needed and could speed up writing a short-term
solution.
