The command is of the form:
mock -r <chroot> --rebuild ./path/to/srpm
This _is_ a valid command:
$ mock <src.rpm>
The --rebuild is the default mode. And if not specified, mock tries to
pick the mock configuration according the host system (so it uses
'-r fedora-35-x86_64' on a fedora-35-x86_64 host system).
