As far as I know, no. Duplicate functionality. Fedora doesn't use apt,
no need to worry about that from a Fedora standpoint. Fedora uses yum,
yum cli updates, pup graphically updates.
This said, I don't see much reason why smartrpm couldn't go into extras,
if it isn't already there. There is just no reason to put it into core.
