I've got:
can't install python3-arcus:
- nothing provides python3-pyqt5-sip-api(12) >= 12.7 needed by
python3-arcus-4.9.1-1.fc35.x86_64
This appears related. What do I do?

My logic about what would be affected was flawed unfortunately. Will send fix.
