Join the team, figure out what the goals are and who is interested

work on them, and we can have a community meeting on IRC sometime soon
to form some kind of organization.
Might I suggest that building (or adopting) a consistent icon theme
across all packages including
oo.org is more important than choosing a
default background. I think the last two FC releases have been a big
step down from the Bluecurve days for this very reason.
