Why? And what would be the benefit?
It would help to (to have such a repo, not necessarily to replace
Rawhide with it) to catch FTBFS bugs directly when the commit was done
upstream instead of just after they created a release. E.g. if Rawhide
contains the new gcc that is more strict, than it would be nice to know
that it breaks the current upstream SCM version of a package I maintain
directly, so it can be fixed sooner.
