I only see 0.5.4:
Looks like Bodhi has tagged older 0.5.4 release over the newer 0.5.5,
which means that only the older one appears in updates-testing:
$ koji list-history --tag=f21-updates-testing --package=python-fedora
Thu Aug 20 21:58:35 2015 python-fedora-0.5.5-1.fc21 tagged into f21-updates-testing by
bodhi [still active]
Sat Aug 22 00:02:51 2015 python-fedora-0.5.4-1.fc21 tagged into f21-updates-testing by
bodhi [still active]
Someone would have to unpush the older
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/python-fedora-0.5.4-1.fc21
update for the newer one to appear properly in updates-testing.
