I think it's better to use something like:
%if %__isa_bits == 64
%global dep_suffix ()(64bit)
%endif
Requires: libstdc++.so.6%{?dep_suffix}
It is not, because not all 64-bit rpm arches use the (64bit) suffix,
e.g. alpha does not.
