binaries are not optimized for K6s, but you don't have to worry about
those machines not being supported by main stream Fedora. Not sure where
you got that idea.
I've been suggesting it. Or, not dumping it, but making those systems be the
focus of a Fedora Lite instead of Fedora Core. But it seems to be vastly
unpopular.
