yes, this patch is in the fc6 package, but glxgears is black hear

included in the current "Xorg" development tree, so expect things to
work better in "Xorg" 7.2 which should make its appearance in "FC7".
Otherwise, a "Red Hat" fix for "FC6" applying the patch mentioned

I have patched the "xorg-x11-drv-savage" driver package
myself, and it
works very well now.
Have you downloaded the src.rpm and patched it? can you give me a link
where i can download it?
are you using fc6? can you show me your xorg.conf?
Those patches in the link are in the fc 6 drv-savage packet, IMHO.
