It's "Back" in Internet Explorer... but nowhere else (other than
FF/Win32).
Back (for backspace) is intuitive. page up isn't.
Changing this action (to page up(or actually letting it stay on page
up)) isn't platform consistent and will confuse users when converting
from any os to Fedora.
