ISTR that superseding bugs automatically inherit the list of fixed
bugs from the bugs they supersede - has that changed?
I'm honestly not sure of the details but I know I've seen cases where
fixes somehow get 'lost' between updates. Obviously if you edit an
existing update there's no problem. If you submit a new one...I really
don't know. It may depend whether it's the same person submitting the
update, what's the 'master package' of the update...I guess Luke would
know for sure.
