I'm sorry, I thought you had said F10. Not F9.
In F10 it's available.
FWIW, I just added F-10 and its updates repos temporarily to my yum config and
imported the F-10 GPG key on F-9 and updated rpm* and yum*. mock is able to
build for Rawhide again, dunno what kind of issues I'll run into when the
next round of F-9 updates appears.
