tsc is pentium and higher. cmov is pentium pro and higher. RPM is just broken
according to that bug.
And if you look closer it wont be fixed. "Marching orders". Hence my
conclusion i386 CPUs are already no longer supported on Fedora Core.
According to your statement the same is true for anything < pentium.
This would mean we could move to i586 as the minimal architecture just
as well.
