It seems to be really slow again. I built a package this morning.
It's 9 hours later and it's still not in Rawhide.

Sadly yes I know.
The mass rebuild side tag (f31-rebuild) was tagged into f31-pending.
So, the robosigner is checking each package and making sure they are
signed and written out. This is taking a really long time.
I killed some koji-gc jobs this morning to help make it faster, but
there's nothing much else I can do. ;(
You can check it's progress with:
koji list-tagged f31-pending | wc -l
(but please do so sparingly, as that also adds additonal koji load).
I think next time we not tag this in this way, we should confirm
everything is signed by asking koji and then just merge it into f31.
