I've got it fixed, plus a couple of packaging quircks.
I also added a {?_with_opencdk} flag for future reference. Is it worthy?
At this moment it doesn't do anything useful, it's just ground work for
when I can package opencdk.
Enrico Scholz has packaged opencdk for fedora.us before, it's in the
"unstable" repository.
