what means "No" in this context?
The two questions in the mail were...
"/usr/lib64/udev/rules.d/ actually processed?"
"Does udev/systemd actually process files in this directory?"
The answer is ... no. udev/systemd only looks in /usr/lib, /etc,
and /run.
