"The group" is not an individual, if we're talking about the most recent
issue. And a simple question if there is anything else to be discussed would
be welcome rather them immediate dismissal without any discussion
whatsoever.

So you decided that my important and time sensitive query was desired to be
dismissed or ignored?
I was speaking in the general case, but in your specific case if you
have more information that would cause the ticket to be relevant then
please reopen.
