[Fedocal] Reminder meeting : Council (Open Floor) EARLY MEETING
by mattdm@fedoraproject.org
Dear all,
You are kindly invited to the meeting:
Council (Open Floor) EARLY MEETING on 2018-03-28 from 12:00:00 to 13:00:00 US/Eastern
At fedora-meeting(a)irc.freenode.net
The meeting will be about:
The Fedora Council will hold our regular Open Floor meeting at 12:00pm
US/Eastern in #fedora-meeting on irc.freenode.net. All are welcome!
To convert to your local time, run:
date -d 'TZ="US/Eastern" 12pm tomorrow'
Open Floor meetings happen every four weeks. They do not have a
preset agenda. Instead, we spend the first few minutes of the
meeting deciding what topics will be discussed. If attendees —
Council members and otherwise — have several topics of general
interest, the primary meeting chair (usually the FPL or FCAIC)
will put them in order, and after a certain amount of time
discussing the first, ask if it's time to move on.

[PATCH] [FBR] Update Fedora Council / Flock email aliases
by Justin W. Flory
Hi all,
A patch is attached to update and better organize the Fedora
Council-related aliases and update the Flock email addresses.
The patch changes the following:
* Organizes and comments Fedora Council aliases together
* Changes board alias to council-private(a)lists.fp.o
* Links to new doc pages for FPL and FCAIC in comments
* Drop diversity alias (this was never used in Diversity Team)
* Use fcaic alias for Flock emails instead of hard-coding bex
Let me know if anything else is needed. Thank you!

Cheers,

meeting schedule update
by Matthew Miller
Okay, so: we have a rotating weekly schedule of four types of meetings. We're
going to hold three of these at 3pm US/Eastern, and one at 12pm
US/Eastern (to help accomodate global schedules). That means:
2018-03-21 : 3pm (19:00 GMT) : Tickets and Ongoing (#fedora-meeting)
2018-03-28 : 12pm (16:00 GMT) : Open Floor (#fedora-meeting)
2018-04-04 : 3pm (19:00 GMT) : Subproject Report (meet.jit.si)
2018-04-11 : 3pm (19:00 GMT) : Objectives Update (#fedora-meeting)
and so on repeating from there. Because it's really hard to get 11
people (!) together at one time, we need to make sure we don't just do
things in the meeting hour and take advantage of tickets and mailing
list discussion too.
Also: what do people want to see for a video subproject report next
month?
