Autumn Elections 2017 are cancelled

During the Autumn 2017 Election cycle we wanted to try a new approach in the way how Elections are organized [1]. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the Voting period we realized the new way does not work as expected [2] and even we tried to put some mitigation plan in place [3], we have not succeeded. To come up with some workable solution we have decided to cancel the currently running Autumn 2017 Elections and start it again in early January 2018. In upcoming days I will publish a schedule for the January 2018 Elections as well as more details on how we are going to organize it. Dominik taking over CI Objective role in the Council?

Hi everyone, Recently things have changed for me and my role at Red Hat. Dominik has been leading the effort for CI at the operating system package and compose level, in particular: The Objective for Continuous Integration and Delivery of Fedora Atomic Host. He has made significant progress in this regard, and I'd like to propose moving Council membership from me to him, as the Lead of the CI Objective in Fedora. In addition, Dominik will be giving an update today of where the Objective stands, progress, what's blocking, and what's next. Cheers, Stef

Autumn Elections 2017: Interviews with candidates are postponed on December 12th, 2017

Due to some technical and organizational difficulties we are going to delay the publishing of interviews to December 12th, 2017. Interviews with candidates which are ready to be published are going to be scheduled for December 12th. I am going to work with the remaining candidates on their interviews to make sure we have these ready by December 11th COB. More information is available in Council ticket [1].
