Something seems to have gone wrong with your merge request for
numbering HBR sections in CONTRIBUTING (see:
https://gitorious.org/copyleft-next/copyleft-next/merge_requests/19 )
so I don't know exactly what you were proposing, but I have now
numbered the paragraphs of the Harvey Birdman Rule from 0 to 4.
As an aside, I wonder if the GPL family tradition of numbering license
provisions from 0 is something the world has grown tired of. It
strikes me as being a flawed attempt at a joke that may have been more
sociologically relevant at the time when the early versions of the GPL
were being drafted. Just throwing that out there; at the moment
copyleft-next still follows GPL practice of numbering sections from 0.
