Disclaimer, I've never setup the webui or used it. I was just taking
an (uneducated) guess that might or might not help :)
No worries :) I figured it out: the ownership module still uses the
user.conf file, so once I added a cobbler group there with "cobbler = 1"
under it, things are working as expected.
