These cherry-pick cleanly onto release-0.14 (just one
false-positive conflict in Fedora16-scheduler-defaults.cobbler,
because we deleted it in 0.15 so git thinks it's copied from the
.expected file).
I can push the cherry-picks to Gerrit if we are definitely going
ahead with 0.14.2.
We'll make the final decision in a couple of weeks - the focus remains
on getting 0.15.1 into shape for now.
