| I think of them as separate. I'm assuming they would live in a
| separate
| source control from the harness.

| I think we should continue the existing model where a test can be run
|
| locally with a helper script installed while also be deployable in
| larger environment driven automatically by a test harness without
| requiring any changes to the test. That seems like a win-win to me.
