You don't state what kernel version you're running is.
Oh, sorry
The F35 fedora-server disk image comes with 5.14.0-60
Are you sure that's not the beta image? The GA kernel is kernel-5.14.9-300.fc35, we fixed the issue you mention around beta, but I don't think the fix landed in beta. It's definitely not an issue from my testing with other rk3399 devices now.
I downloaded from get fedora -> Fedora Server -> Raw image beta https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/35_Beta/Se...
At least for x86_64 Beta 1.2 is the go image that will get distributed as F35 release. I guess, it is the same for arch? The page should show the latest builds.
No, it's not, it's the RC-1.2 image, the Beta 1.2 image is exactly that Btea. You can find the RC 1.2 images at the following link (until GA links go live tomorrow):

I tried to install F35 on my Rock Pi 4 A yesterday and ended up with a basically working box but without an ethernet connection. An ‚ip a‘ just shows the device without any IP settings. After setting hostname and locale and reboot I got an IPv6 local link (fe80::…) but nothing else. And after a while that vanished, too.
A 'nmcli dev‘ shows an ethernet device eth0, at first in status ‚connection‘ and after a while ‚disconnected‘. A ’nmcli con’ first showed ‚wired connection 1‘ and device eth0, later no device.
In boot log I found several entries with warnings about something not found, but in the end:

With current fully updated F34 everything works fine, even PCIe NVMe ssd M.2 works.
I hesitate to update to F35 online. If I then find myself without a network connection, it is difficult to reinstall F34 (with the F34 install image the network works, but not the terminal).
Any idea how getting this to work?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Peter

Sorry, my fault. I just downloaded the RC image, they are different, indeed. I’ll install it now and will report back.
Thanks Peter
