RPi3 MAC address

I'm using Fedora 26 on a Raspberry Pi 3. Is it normal that at each reboot (or shutdown and poweron), the MAC address of the Ethernet card is each time a different one? There is a place where to specify the MAC address of the Ethernet card? Thanks A.

Cross-compiling to Fedora ARM using mock on x86_64?

Hi, I'm looking at building some packages for Fedora ARM. Is there any way I can use mock on my x86_64 system to cross-compile a package for ARM? I'm on Fedora 25, but I'm not seeing any cross-compiler options in mock. If I set arch or target I still get an error that x86_64 is not a valid platform to build for arm. A good search seems to show some work done back in 2010 for Fedora 10, but that's 7-year-old code which I suspect wont work with modern stuff. So what's the best way (short of building the packages on my poor low-powered ARM system) to get some packages built. E.g. python-crcmod. How to propose the inclusion of a package

What is the correct way to propose the inclusion of a package in an image? I think that the command 'nmtui' contained in the package NetworkManager-tui, could be useful in the Fedora-Server arm image. Such package is installed by default in the Minimal image (I have not checked if it is also in the XFCE one). Thanks, A.

Any inexpensive ARM tablet w unlocked bootloader known to work?

Hi there, The market is flooded with $100 or less ARM based tablets (usually 7"), but finding one with unlocked bootloader is a quest.... So any brand/model I should know about? I was about to buy an ages-old HP touchpad just because I read in the forums that dual booting android/linux was possible, yet the thought of just 1GB ram makes me feel uncomfortable, as I know today's Chrome browser can easily eat up 1GB all by itself..... And brand name ones (eg Samsung) are way out of my current budget. I know there must be a niche player somewhere in Shenzen pumping out ARM tablets with unlocked bootloader.... Any leads/ideas? thanks in advance...
