No it's a bug that hit upstream, I thought it was fixed in 5.15.14 but
maybe it's 5.15.15, I don't remember off hand, it landed at the last
moment in 5.16 GA
the bugfix was in 5.15.14, but in the DTB not in the kernel itself.
