Can you elaborate as to why? My experience and measurements show that
prelink does more harm than good more offten than not. I can think of a
lot of reasons to not use it, and very few reasons to use it.
This seems to be a general argument against prelink, not ARM-specific.
If there's any special ARM-related reason not to prelink, then it makes
sense to do something different from other Fedora arches. But if there
isn't, we should not diverge unnecessarily.
