Fedora ARM uses the normal fedpkg sources, there should be no difference with
the 'primary architecture' sources. You would use the 'arm-koji' command
to
build test-packages (use the --scratch option). There is an automated
koji-shadow job that builds all the (tagged?) packages that are built on the
main
koji.fedoraproject.org builders. On your ARM system, you can use mock to
build your packages locally.
