I appreciate all of the responses. However, I'm sorry to say, I have
misspoken.
I meant to ask how to install a customized version of Fedora's kernel on
the Raspberry Pi.
Meaning I did a git clone on Fedora's Kernel, made some changes,
cross-compiled, and would now like to move it to the SD card that my
Raspberry Pi is using.

As already said, use 'dnf upgrade'.
