Comments from upstream on the bug suggest we use --best to get
information on dep errors. dnf by default will not display these since
they're apparently troublesome to the user.
Ideally of course we should be catching these with automation. But if
dnf usage becomes really widespread before we get
taskotron/depcheck-nextgen in place, we should add this info to the
updates-testing guide. thanks!
