I'm using FC3 and installed
rpm -Uhv firefox-1.0-2.i386.rpm
and have no any problem with pulldown menus at all.
Can you describe your problem?
See: When calling "www.macrovision.com", then at the top of this web
page you will see a bar (Solutions by Industry,...) containing pull
down menus. The pulldownmenus a arising if you traverse this bar.
But these pulldown menus are transparent, that is: their background
is empty so they cannot be properly read.
Hope this explains what I mean.
Alor.
