See: When calling "www.macrovision.com", then at the top of this web
page you will see a bar (Solutions by Industry,...) containing pull
down menus. The pulldownmenus a arising if you traverse this bar.
But these pulldown menus are transparent, that is: their background
is empty so they cannot be properly read.
Hope this explains what I mean.

My guess is that somehow, your choices of fonts and colors may have
resulted in similar colors for both foreground and background making
it difficult if not impossible to read.
FF-1.0 for FC2 works very well on the quoted site, I just checked.
More than likely, installing a newer version will not fix this as
generally, your prefs remain untouched if the pre-exist.
