Yes, the bitbucket mirror is wildly out of date, no idea why. I had
pinged the bb support people in the past but it didn't spur them into
action.
I pulled the missing changes from the svn source and added both of
those two cache related changes to:
https://bitbucket.org/mgs/suds
I was planning on testing this myself, but I had a disk crash on my
machine at work and am still recovering...
