Jesse couldn't make the scheduled releng meeting today, so the discussion on how spins SIG (in particular the wrangler) is going to work with releng for the GA release has been postponed.

P.S. I wrote myself in as interim wrangler, since I would like to see a better handling of this than in the past and having no wrangler isn't really an option unless we plan on dropping spins. I am still hoping someone else will volunteer for this. On the plus side this will help me document what the wrangler does.
