We could enable the in lightdm-gtk by default, unless you think that's not a good idea?

I think we only need it in the spin. liveinst should install the system with the language that was used during the install. At least this was how it was in the good ol' days, not sure if this has changed with the new anaconda. Has anybody ever tested this?
